Localense
Terms of Service
Effective 16 August 2026 · Localense, Jammu and Kashmir, India
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to Localense's website, dashboard, API and connected services. By creating an account or using Localense, you agree to these Terms. If you use Localense for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Localense provides local-search analytics, website and competitor auditing, opportunity prioritization, reports, APIs and scoped agent tools. Features may depend on third-party services such as Google APIs and may change as those services or the product evolve.
3. Accounts and authorized access
You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may connect only Google properties, websites, business profiles and other resources that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for users, API keys and agents operating under your organization.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Localense to violate law or third-party rights; access systems or data without permission; distribute malware; bypass limits or security controls; interfere with the service; misrepresent data ownership; scrape prohibited sources; or use the service for surveillance, deceptive practices or abusive automation.
5. Plans, trials and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the price shown when you subscribe. Eligible new subscriptions may include a 14-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial or current billing period ends, the selected plan renews automatically and the payment method on file is charged. You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect according to the timing shown there.
Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, tax, invoices, refunds and related payment administration. Prices may exclude taxes until checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, charges for an elapsed billing period are non-refundable.
6. Google and third-party services
Your use of connected Google services remains subject to Google's terms and policies. You control whether to grant or revoke Google access. Third-party availability, quotas, data accuracy and policy changes are outside Localense's control, and an integration may stop working when authorization expires or a provider changes its service.
7. Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of information and materials you provide. You grant Localense the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce and analyze that content to operate and improve the user-facing service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
8. Service changes and availability
Localense is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features and may perform maintenance. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Localense and delete your account subject to shared-workspace ownership requirements. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, policy violations or protection of the service and its users. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Localense is provided “as is” and “as available.” Analytics, crawl findings, opportunity scores and reports are informational and do not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue or any particular business result. You remain responsible for business, legal, marketing and technical decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Localense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, or failures caused by third-party services. Localense's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Jammu and Kashmir, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute procedures that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
13. Contact and changes
Questions about these Terms may be sent to sohail@localense.com. We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
